Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Thank you for shopping at {kindlooms}. We offer a 14-day no-reason return and refund policy starting from the date you receive your order.
If 14 days have passed since delivery, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for a 14-Day Return

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is unused/unworn and in the same condition as received
  • The item shows no scratches, dents, or visible signs of wear
  • All parts and accessories are included (buckles/connectors/free gifts/box if applicable)
  • You can provide an order number or proof of purchase

Please contact us first for confirmation and return instructions. Do not send items back to the manufacturer or to any random address, or your return may be delayed or rejected.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations

Returns may be refused in the following cases:

  • The item has been worn/used (wear marks, sweat stains, odor, scratches, impacts, etc.)
  • Damage caused by misuse (drops, cracks, improper installation/disassembly, etc.)
  • Missing accessories/free gifts/packaging, or packaging is severely damaged
  • Return request is made after 14 days
  • Items marked as Sale / Clearance / Final Sale (remove this line if you want all items refundable)

Natural Crystal Characteristics (Important)

Crystals are natural materials and may show natural patterns, inclusions, ice cracks, minor pits, slight color variation, or small size differences. These are normal and not considered defects.
If you receive an item with major cracks, breakage, or structural defects, please contact us under the “Damaged/Wrong Item” section for priority support.


Refund Process

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at: {mendosaioakim@gmail.com}, and provide:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return (you may state “No-reason return”)
    • Photos of the item (recommended for condition verification)

Refund method:

  • Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method (PayPal/credit card, etc.).
  • Processing time is typically 3–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

  • No-reason returns: Return shipping is usually paid by the customer. Original shipping, duties, and customs-related fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Damaged/Wrong item: If the issue is confirmed to be our fault (wrong/missing/damaged on arrival), we will cover the reasonable handling cost and offer replacement or refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking number.


Damaged / Wrong Item (Priority Support)

Exchanges

To avoid stock/time delays:

  • For style/size/buckle changes: please return the item first, then place a new order.
  • For confirmed defects/damage: we will arrange a replacement or reshipment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank/PayPal account again
  2. Contact your card issuer/payment provider (posting may take time)

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
